SPONSOR

The Sunset Tennis Club Racket Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Sunset Tennis Club, Beverly Hills, California (“Sponsor”). Contact: info@sunsettennisclub.com.

ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members are not eligible.

GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Giveaway runs from 12:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) on November 10, 2026 to 11:59 PM PT on November 20, 2026 (the “Giveaway Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official clock for the Giveaway.

HOW TO ENTER

To enter during the Giveaway Period, go to sunsettennisclub.com/racket-giveaway and fill out the entry form with your first name, last name, and a valid email address. No purchase is necessary. By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from Sponsor. You can unsubscribe at any time, and unsubscribing will not affect your entry. Signing up for text messages is optional and does not affect your chances of winning. Liking, following, or engaging with Sponsor’s Instagram posts is not required to enter or win, and it does not count as an entry. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Entries over the limit will be disqualified, as will entries submitted by automated means, scripts, or multiple or fake identities. Incomplete, late, or misdirected entries are void.

PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive one (1) exclusive Sunset Tennis Club tennis racket, approximate retail value $229. The prize can’t be transferred, and no cash or other substitute will be given in its place. If the prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Any taxes on the prize are the winner’s responsibility.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

On or about November 21, 2026, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified at the email address used to enter. They must reply within 72 hours of the notification being sent, confirm that they are eligible, and provide a U.S. shipping address. If the potential winner doesn’t respond in time, can’t be reached, is ineligible, or doesn’t follow these Official Rules, they forfeit the prize. Sponsor may then select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

PRIZE FULFILLMENT

Sponsor will ship the prize free of charge to the winner’s address in the United States or Washington, D.C. within 5 to 7 business days after the winner is confirmed. Sponsor is not responsible for prizes that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit, or that can’t be delivered because of an incorrect address.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final on all matters relating to the Giveaway. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or acts in a fraudulent or disruptive way. If fraud, a technical failure, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control affects the fairness or integrity of the Giveaway, Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend it. In that case, where permitted by law, Sponsor may award the prize in a random drawing from the eligible entries received before the problem occurred.

RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, by entering you release Sponsor, Instagram, and Meta Platforms, Inc., and their affiliates, officers, employees, and agents, from any claims, losses, or damages that arise from entering the Giveaway or from accepting or using the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, network, or computer malfunctions, or for incorrect or incomplete entry information. Nothing in these Official Rules limits any liability that can’t be limited under applicable law.

PRIVACY

Personal information collected in this Giveaway is used to run the Giveaway, including contacting and verifying the winner. It is otherwise handled according to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at sunsettennisclub.com/privacy-policy. Entrants will be added to Sponsor’s email list and can unsubscribe at any time. Text messages are sent only to entrants who separately opt in.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. You are providing your information to Sponsor, not to Instagram or Meta. Send any questions about the Giveaway to Sponsor.

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California.
