Return Policy:

Return Window

  • All returns must be initiated within 14 days of the original purchase date

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or use will not be accepted for return

Restocking Fees

  • A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items

  • The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount

  • Restocking fees do not apply to exchanges or defective items

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Return shipping costs will be waived for defective or incorrectly shipped items

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Exchange Policy

  • Customers may exchange items for different sizes or colors within the 14-day return window

  • Exchanges must be of equal or lesser value

  • If exchanging for an item of greater value, the customer must pay the difference

  • Exchange items are subject to availability

Condition Requirements

  • All items must be:

    • Unworn and unwashed

    • Free from any stains, tears, or damage

    • In original packaging with all tags attached

    • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

Exceptions

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Defective items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund including shipping

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Sunset Tennis Club customer service within 14 days of purchase by emailing info@sunsettennisclub.com

  2. Package the item securely in its original packaging

  3. Ship to the provided return address

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment

  • Processing time: 5-10 business days after receiving the return

  • Refund amount will be the purchase price minus the 10% restocking fee

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
